Atticdwellers is owned and operated by Angelique and Cale Jones of Chattanooga, TN. We
hand-make all products ourselves using recyclables and vintage collectibles. The name
Atticdwellers was chosen because we were living in an attic apartment when we started
our business in 2006. Our initial vision for the business was to open a location combining a
retail shop, cafe, and art gallery. The focus of this concept was geared towards fair trade,
organic, and eco-friendly products. After much research, we determined the amount of
funding needed to start the shop was beyond our reach at that point. We realized it would
be better to start small by developing our own products first which would fit in with our
initial vision. After much thought and meditation on what kind of product we would like to
make,one night while sleeping, Angelique had a vivid dream including details on the product
development of our unique bottle cap necklaces. We are still striving to eventually reach
our long-term goal of opening a permanent location where we can promote other companies
products that have a similar vision and goals.

While there are a few other craft artists making jewelery out of bottle caps, we are
certain you will find our design to be superior in quality. Each bottle cap is coated in a
special protective layer to prevent rusting or fading. Some of the caps we use are up to 80
years old! Many of our customers have a collection of our jewelry. There are only so many
vintage bottle caps left out there, and at some point it is likely the supply will become
extremely limited. People have been collecting bottle caps for years. There are still attics
with boxes of undiscovered bottle caps. Our thoughts are that it is better to turn these
unique collectibles into something useful and wearable rather than leave them sitting a box
somewhere to rust and gather dust.

We are always adding new products and rotating the selection available. Please visit our
site often, or come see us at one of the many festivals we do throughout the year. We try
to keep the selection as varied as possible on this site, however, due to the nature of
collectibles it is impossible to show everything we have available. At festivals we have up
to 100 varieties to choose from. If you don't see what you are looking for on the site,
